It *is* music, but not good music, just like the Gap billboard is, technically, art - but not good art and certainly nowhere near great. I don't care if you do like it, listen to whatever you want and enjoy it without my permission or anybody else's - I just cannot agree with anyone who claims it is GOOD music, and that this opinion is as valid as anyone else's.

I like Wendy's, but I don't claim that I know as much as the gourmets, and that it is actually GOOD food. I like action films, but I'm not a film critic and I don't think they should win Oscars. I read Stephen King, but I'm not a literature maven and I don't see any Pulitzers in his future. Go ahead and listen to JT, but don't expect me to take any argument that he doesn't suck seriously, because, as someone who DOES know something about music, you can take it from me that he does.

My latest "absolutely loathe" is the fact that Lindsay Lohan is news worthy. Why? She is a drunk, coked up, vapid anorexic whore who should do us all a favour and make sure she is going 110 mp/h next time she hits a telephone pole.
