It's not just Wolf who benefits from having Markstrom. Look at Pekka Rinne, he had the best season of his career at 35 years old with Saros pushing for starts.
Rinne: 42-13-4 .926SVP 2.31GAA 8 Shutouts
Saros: 23-11-5 .925SVP 2.45GAA 3 Shutouts
And Nashville continues to benefit from excellent goaltending. Player development is also important in rebuilding. They already drafted the future starter, I'd like to see them bring him along properly too instead of just gifting him the starting role.
