I think you might care too much about conduct on an internet forum. Particularly the off topic sub section of one that's about a hockey team. Who cares? This isn't high school. Who are we impressing, exactly?
I don't know why you feel obligated to chime in and tell people what's what. What goes on in this forum ultimately means nothing. The next day today's issues will be replaced by new conversations and new spats and between different posters. None of it matters.
The amount of effort you put into upholding imaginary standards and attempting to enforce them on other through this kind of commentary makes little sense to me. But I won't tell you what to do.
But hey, I like your posts whenever you're not eyeballs deep doing that thing that you do for whatever reason it is you do it.
