I don't buy the soft market...

I also don't understand what difference that would make. Conroy looks at the market, thinks it's soft and then calls the agent and says please? It's not in his court whether Hanifin signs or not. He could offer more money... But it's not about that. It's about whether Hanifin wants to stay. We very likely already have the highest bid.

So I don't understand how any of that leads to Hanifin being closer to signing here. I hope it's true, but it doesn't add up.
