So Chris didm’t sign a new contract , clearly didn’t have the actual raise in writing or agreed on - as that would be legally binding if it was in writing / email - refused to perform his first duty as a team lead (firing an employee) because they were his friend, and then got mad because the salary he was getting paid (which he originally negotiated) wasn’t “high enough” compared to counterparts in another country ?

He also didn’t read his non compete and resigned on a whim and then is annoyed they are enforcing their contractual right when HE resigned - does he not know what a non compete is ??? They didn’t fire him why would they pay him hahah

I have no doubt Blizzard is a crap company - but Chris sounds like a bit of a dope to me who was mostly mad his friend(s) got fired and quit
