I think the term “ground pork” is a little duplicitous. I have bought ground pork from the grocery store and made some small patties with sausage seasoning and the texture is quite different.
If they just used normal ground pork, they might have something really good. Something akin to Charbar’s Alley Burger, but doused in bbq sauce instead.
