I wonder if some of you can just pour some gasoline on the street to light on fire in an attempt to melt down some of the accumulation.
Then use a temporary insanity "I wanted to see hell frozen over" type of defense when questioned about it.
If you do walk, can you occasionally walk on top of the accumulation from time to time? Then you can claim you walked over cars to grab beer during an insane snow dump. If anyone questions you, show them a pic on top of the snow with a car sticking out below... As long as you don't fall in and die like a tree well scenario.
