The press release makes it sound like he won't be there:
"The ceremony will feature special appearances by Calgary Flames Alumni, Hockey Hall of Fame trophies from Miikka’s career, a video tribute, and a thank you from Miikka Kiprusoff"
That sounds like a pre-recorded thank you message. I know he doesn't like the spotlight very much so I wouldn't be surprised.
