The right answer is to trade Huberdeau 50% retained for PLD 50% retained then trade PLD to someone else.

Or whatever Huberdeau at 4.25 mil retained and PLD at 50%. Then it’s cap neutral. Turn two bad assets into two decent assets. And then you could trade PLD at 25% and I imagine that would worth a load if he ever looked semi useful.
