I know you don't like him so I don't doubt you would trade him in a heartbeat. But the team isn't going to give up on him unless there's bad blood and it's in everyone's best interest to move on.
He just turned 26 and this is his first bad season. It seems like he's not taking that lightly and is working hard on his fitness this winter. Let's see how it goes before trying to run him out of town.
