Anderson was younger but signed for longer at a higher percentage of the cap.
Kuemper was younger and signed for shorter and for less cap
(Both of those statements are assuming that the Flames do not eat any of the Markstrom cap)
Fleury was a straight cap dump because the Knights were way over the cap. They had to get rid of the salary.
