This trade is consistent with what I believe they need to do to get the team back to a contending level and I know it kills them to use the word “rebuild” but this trade really cements that they’re doing that.

Should also swing for a conditional 2nd that becomes a 1st for Tanev like they did with Russell who was a comparable shot-blocking 2nd pairing guy. Could see Dallas being the team again too.
