That is fair, I would say 1.1 is even more nuanced than that. The Flames made almost no effort to sign Toffoli and Zadorov. It does not sound like major efforts have been made to sign Tanev. Efforts have certainly be made to sign Hanifin and it sounds like at the start of the year they had Lindholm pegged as a 70 point or so guy who would age well. The fact that those talks seem to have died off seems to indicate that this year has led to a re-evaluation of what Lindholm is.
