At least 7 players made similar "no wrongdoing" statements as Dube. Hart and Dube were the only ones charged.
Foote was one of the players who outright denied any involvement.
McLeod issued the weakest statement, claiming he fully co-operated with the investigation, but didn't deny involvement.
I don't believe Formenton ever issued a statement before leaving for Europe.
Other players issued a variety of statements, some stronger than others.
