One category for the bad actors who suffer mental health issues because of the shame, dread, and fear of facing consequences from terrible and potentially illegal choices they made that hurt others.
And another for everyone else needing help (the non-bad actors).

I doubt they fumbled anything, At that point if they were legally not supposed to ask any questions, or get involved they had likely to accept the mental leave request they were given. Does that make sense? If Dube came to them with a medical leave request I doubt they were even allowed to ask him any questions. So they just put out the information as they were given, did the other players ask for medical leave for (mental reasons)?, probably not. Dube likely came to them with the "mental, medical leave" because of what happened to Kylington. The Flames honored request legally they couldn't ask him any questions. Dube's request for mental leave is under the doctor's authority what are the Flames supposed to do?
