Terry Wong is an idiot; he voted for this bylaw and he should shove his cold fries up his ass because he's now complaining about something he gave the thumbs up to.
But we can also agree (and we did just pages ago when this bylaw was still pending) that this is a stupid bylaw. And 'do paper bags even keep your fries warm'... of course it will so long as it's closed, or do you not understand how air works and why your parents yelled at you to close the front door when it was -20°C out?
