Since Hockey Canada already paid millions of dollars to make this go away, we know there is something here, regardless of whether or not the Crown can meet the "beyond a reasonable doubt" standard.
Guilty or not, the players at the very least behaved horrendously. Or at least Hockey Canada was satisfied that they did.
