I'm not trying to throw shade on the league, but let's be real here. The club is a toy for the Southern family. There's a reason the team in Edmonton folded.
Do we have any idea what the expenses and revenues are? Total player salaries, ticket revenue, sponsorships, anything? I have a very hard time believing that the team isn't bleeding money. Eventually these things need to take off and become self sustaining.
