Plug and play who though? This is the fundamental dilemma many teams face. Goff is obviously capped as an elite game manager, but upgrading on him isn't as easy as just grab someone off the street like a RB. They drafted Hooker and maybe he could slide in if they move on from Goff, but Hooker has 0 NFL reps, so it's a big risk. If there's a viable path to a Goff upgrade they should go for it, but I'm not sure there is.
