Goff is interesting...he's clearly not an elite QB.

But he has been the QB of two teams that made the NFC Championship game (won one, lost one), and has been part of some high end offenses in LA and Detroit.

If you have a well balanced offence that can establish the run then he can be a serviceable QB for you. And IMO not at all the reason they lost yesterday.

So he's fine as their QB...but also probably not a guy you'll want to give huge QB1 money to. Which is going to be their issue moving forward.

It's kind of funny actually...since 2018:

Goff: GP: 95, Yards: 25536, Avg: 7.5, TD: 152, INT: 68, Rate: 94.4
Allen: GP: 94, Yards: 22703, Avg: 7.2, TD: 167, INT: 78, Rate: 92.2

So it's not like Goff has terrible stats...I think part of it is he throws such an ugly ball at times that you think there is no way he's a good QB lol
