Flames draft position based on league finish since the start of the century. 11th, 9th, 9th, 19th, 24th, 18th, 17th, 22nd, 15th, 14th, 14th, 6th, 4th, 15th, 5th, 16th, 12th, 30th, 15th, 12th, 27th, and 17th. Average of drafting 15th and being a really mediocre team. Comment was pretty accurate.
