Tij has really climbed though. Since you typically draft where you think players will be in a couple of years, you have to consider that some prospects that are climbers in their draft year may also just run out of runway to cement themselves at the top of the rankings.
I am sure some scouts consider this when developing their rankings, but wonder how much of a consideration it is.
