This must be where the 4-6 wjc members come from. It implies 4 excluding the pizza guy, 4 including the pizza guy, 4 plus the pizza guy or 6 including the pizza guy. The pizza guy is kind of the key to the story imo.
Entered the room for pizza. Witnessed it. Didn't partake. Froze. Left after he could figure a way to remove himself from situation. Didn't report it or stop it. Presumably told police he wasn't sure if it was consensual, which leads to the "he said", "she said" scenario where police perhaps decline to charge
But if this pizza guy takes the stand, corroborates the girls version of the story and says "I was peer pressured at the time, with clarity of time, it was clearly assault and it haunts me that I didn't do anything"...it's probably ends up with his teammates serving prison time.
The pizza guy is the key witness.
