to be 100% clear I could care less who commit the crimes so long as they are brought to justice. Just the same, I think that we cannot with 100% certainty call people guilty without trial.
With that in mind, it causes no extra harm to maintain peoples innocence until they are proven guilty, where as it causes immersible harm to insist guilt before trial.
