In other athlete/celebrity legal issues, once they're charged, it is usually public. Is it a Canada thing, that they're not made public right away?

They have to get to London Ontario to be charged… they haven’t been arrested. Once arrested, they’ll have mug shots, a public record, a hearing (which if there is a publication ban I will just drive down there and take notes on the Statement of Facts and PM the details to all of you myself).
