Has the deadline to turn themselves in been made public?
I know that the police have scheduled a press conference for Monday, February 5th so it's presumably on that day or soon before.
That's a long time for the innocents in this to be officially cleared. Maybe they put it off as they are expecting more charges? There was allegedly three more people with involvement, if I'm not mistaken.
