Troy Stecher and the Coyotes just did this; Keith Tkachuk was traded to Atlanta then re-signed with the Blues. Can't think of other examples
edit. seems the Coyotes have done this a few times. Zbynek Michalek and Antoine Vermette re-signed with the Coyotes the summer after being traded at the TDL
