Well, how far back do we go in the play? The puck hits an official when the defense tries to clear the puck and the offensive team retains the zone. After 34 seconds of offensive zone pressure the team on offense scores a goal.

Should that automatically be called back? Is it more of the inconvenient nonsense we see on offside reviews?

It just seems like opening another can of worms while we can't figure out how we are eating worms in the first place.
