It's always been an issue that it takes time to get warm water. That's the wastage problem. The last three days, there's been NO hot water to wait for.

This is clearly a problem that the management group needs to deal with. Barnes gave a good suggestion but I'm not sure it will work. Owners approached them about it before and obviously it did no good. We need someone higher to get after them. Who is in charge of water at the city?
The explanation given for waiting time was that the hot water tanks are located in the roof and the water circulates down to the underground parking which is how that level is heated. It's then circulated back up to each floor. I'm on the second floor and have to wait 60-120 seconds to get hot water, I can get it faster if I turn on two taps, so what wait times do people have on the fourth floor and how much water is being wasted?
