Consent is now taught in universities across Australia, which I think is a great thing. Ideally it's something that's taught at an appropriate age at home, but everybody's family situation is different.
Sadly, this will do nothing to deter the microscopic but not insignificant criminal element of society from committing sexual crimes. I'm not sure there is a solution to that.
