I’m no poll conspiracy theorist but this is one set of polls I don’t believe.
Biden won by, what, eight million votes last election, the U.S. economy is doing well, and with all of Trump’s legal woes, I’m not buying that there will be a sudden rush to Trump. I think Biden wins handily, although I am a bit nervous because of what’s at stake.
My friend hates Trump as I do but thinks he’ll walk away with this. I would have accepted his offer of a $1,000 bet but his wife protested so we bet $100. I think there’s a very good chance that one of three things happens: Biden wins, Trump dies before the election, or Trump is incarcerated. The first is most likely, but I haven’t ruled out the other two possibilities.
