Not looking at a unrealistic return, but a 1st that is more like a 2nd round pick and a B prospect is not what we should be accepting. That is a Jay Feaster trade.
We should be getting a top prospect, 1st, and a cap dump if we retain.
Lindholm is the best player available on the market for a contender, giving him away for 2nd round picks and B prospects will make us look like fools.
Kind of like when Mark Stone was on the market, Vegas was able to put the screws to Ottawa because Stone would only sign with Vegas. I don't think Lindholm has a market yet in free agency to pull that over us.
