It is like buying a lottery ticket. You can pay 50$ and have a 30% chance to win the jackpot or pay 75$ and have a 40% chance to win it. Boras always manages to represent some of the best and brightest young stars.
Quite a few refuse to deal with him. Last summer Carlos Lee I believe fired Boras shortly after he hired him, because the amount of teams he could go to was severely limited.
