I second Hard Eight. That place is fan-freaking-tastic. There are a few of them in the Dallas area.
Dallas is huge. If you are anywhere near down town then the whole Dealey Plaza/JFK museum was surprisingly cool, and if you are closer to Fort Worth, go visit the old stock yards. Amazing entertainment district with great food and a cattle drive down Main Street twice a day.
If you are anywhere near a Buc-ee’s, it’s worth a visit. It’s like if Costco, Cabelas, and Petro-Canada had a child together.
