In a span of 15 seconds? My money's on there's no way anyone could have reviewed that. You'd have to have split-second, real-time, multi-angle capability. Tony Stark's the only who could have managed that.
(I wasn't watching. I'm going off people saying they dropped the puck 15 seconds after the goal, and we did nothing to delay the faceoff.)
Edit: But I don't have any more insight into how they do it than anyone else here does. (Which was the only real point I was trying to make.)
