Yes cps are human too, but you'd hope that they'd be good enough with people to recognize why they might not get a warm reception in that instance.

But maybe the account of the OP was making it out to be more of a power trip than it was.. hard to say.

But yeah I think this advice is worth taking in this instance. Just a warning? Be grateful and maybe it lends to more awareness in winter conditions.
