At first, he was trying to tell me he'd have to run a re-circulation line otherwise it would never get warm. I did some research to find that is not a common installation. Most commonly they have a tank or on-demand heater. So instead we just extended an outlet since we had the wall open already. I still haven't purchased a toilet or bidet yet.
