I don't think some of you realize that good coaches don't grow on trees and when you have a good one, you keep them, and don't make knee jerk reactions based on a losing streak, bad playoff loss, or one down season. I think it's that some of us just have higher standards on what constitutes a good coach.
I know it's difficult for a Raiders fan to have high standards at this point
