It's not a comparison of one act vs another.
It's an example of a borderline hockey play that was jumped all over by the media resulting in a pretty crazy 4-game suspension that was appealed and held... and an example of an arguably more vicious play that has received zero attention and not even a hearing or fine or even an indication that the league even knows it happened.
