The most frustrating player to me is Ruzicka. When he's on he's a legit top 6 fw. Problem is, you maybe get 20 games a year of top 6 Ruzicka. The Flames have had some ghosts in the past (ghosts as in they disappear for a long long stretch, Rene Bpurque anybody? ) and Roz is creeping up there with the disappearing act.
As for Dube, I'm 100 percent convinced he needs a change of scenery. Do him a favor and send somewhere to get a fresh start.
