They do have them. Even if the 2nd round pick is not this year. So you’re guess would be:

To Toronto:
Markstrom ($2 million retained)

To Calgary:
2024 1st round pick
2025 1st round pick
2025 2nd round pick
2026 2nd round pick
B-level prospect

It’s a very high price to pay… one that - if it doesn’t work out - the GM gets fired for. So in reality, the leafs would not ever pay this price… but I like your reasoning for the cost… seems reasonable for a desperate team trading for a key player that the flames don’t really want to trade right now.
