It’s -17 with 83% humidity in Chicago right now. And that doesn’t include the brutal wind that comes off the lake.
I don’t understand how Chicago gets such a free pass from people when they talk about bad weather. I’m certain Calgary has milder winters when you take wind and humidity into account.
