Seems like rotors are built with such small margins, no one will turn them these days. I’ve only replaced the rotors a couple times when they’re warped or highly grooved. I’ve found if they’re relatively smooth and I bed them properly, they perform great. No noise, shuddering etc. Just seems recently they always want to replace both when the pads are due, regardless of rotor condition.
