For me, it's all dependent on the courtesy flush. Sometimes it's just not reasonable to wait until the procedure is complete to start making use of water. Otherwise, I get many many seconds of pleasantly warm room temperature water.
Honestly though? When it happens, that arctic blast up my back-side makes me feel alive.
