I might get checked out professionally to make sure the venting and or furnace is working properly/installed/suitable for the home.
If it's a new build and potentially still under warranty, I would get it looked at. 20 degrees isn't exactly warm and it shouldn't be a struggle for a modern furnace to achieve. CP Member EVERLAST is a top HVAC guy and furnace cleaner and I can't recommend him enough.
