I stand by this still.
Sharan is a really good player and I dont think the value was terrible. But look where we are. We're trending for a 10th-16th place finish and missing the playoffs again.
This team has flat lined.
I wanted a futures deal for toffoli and would still prefer thay over Sharan given the trajectory of this team.
I would still take Perreault, musty, ritchie, crystal, heidt, Nadeau, Cowan etc.. over Sharan right now. Not because he's not a really good player but it's because that's what I think this team needs.
