Take this for what it's worth. Dillon's dad has him visit my aunt's place of work at least 2-3 times a week. I've received several Flames piece of memorabilia from her, from his dad, from Dillon.
She talks hockey with his dad every time. Sounds like an extremely down to earth family, and Dillon puts in a crazy amount of extra time working on his shot etc at his parents place. Obviously hasn't translated so well this season, but from what I've been told, the attitude and work ethic are top notch.
