The more the game is played on the ground the more it equalizes the QB talent discrepancy.
Buffalo still had the better rushing game and defense this season...but it's the passing game where the real discrepancy between the two teams happens.
A James Cook vs Najee Harris game becomes more of a toss up...especially since if the Bills try to force the passing game in that weather still it could lead to mistakes. Allen has played well in cold weather for the most part but it's still a risk when it's windy

Weather is a great equalizer in football. These games tend to be lower scoring with the difference usually coming down to a few big plays and/or mistakes. It was only a few years ago when the Pats beat the Bills in that snow bowl game with the Patriots only throwing two or three passes if I recall.
