I was going to ask why it looked like garbage, like worse than Fallout 3 and the ancient Gamebryo engine...but this is just a fan mod for FO4.
I can't seem to enjoy the Fallout universe anymore. It just doesn't make sense for me.
I did appreciate the more straight-forward universe of Starfield whereas Fallout just feels kind of juvenile with it's parodic humor and alternative history stuck in the 50s.
