My memory is not awesome but I think our company revamped our plan either during or shortly after covid to ensure that mental health was adequately taken care of.

I have the same, $5,000 per year on psychologist and related services through our Sun Life benefits. You'll want to check though as the $5,000 for psychologist and psychotherapist are likely shared among those related services. They are on mine, anyway. They also cap the cost per session; they just increased to $220 per for us.
I've had Sun Life since 2013, they've been good to me. No complaints.

No matter what you do for work, go through a divorce and you'll be glad you had that much in psychologist benefits to burn through, let me tell you.

It likely made things way, waaaaaaay smoother for me.
